Our cookie dough is made fresh here at the dough factory each week. We flash freeze our dough products into little pucks, and all you have to do is pop them in your oven! No mess, and no stress! They are easy bake. Our cookie dough is Whole Wheat, and a “Smart-Snack” option that is offered at K-12 schools across Ohio & Pennsylvania. Healthy & delicious is possible – take a bite!
Baking instructions are on your box, as each flavor has a different temperature – for example our Chocolate Chip cookie dough should be baked at 325degrees, where our sugar cookies bake at 350. The 1oz cookies bake for 6-8 minutes, and our 1.5oz cookies bake for 10-12 minutes — all depending on your oven. All ovens are different, so start with the lower time, and then check on them. You will know your cookies are down with the outsides appear set, and there is no moisture apparent in the middle. Then let you cookies “set up” by leaving them on the tray for 10 minutes before removing them… and that is the hardest part. 😉
