
Super Easy – just follow these steps:
Keep dough in provided proof bag (sealed and untouched) for a MINIMUM 48 hours in your refrigerator. Tuck bag under if needed. Air flow should not go around the dough – it will dry it out.
Let dough sit at room temp for 30 minutes MINIMUM before pushing it out.
Do NOT knead the dough – this has already been done. Just press it flat onto your oiled pan, and into your desired shape.
